Urban Farming
Our Growing Practices
At our farm, health begins with the soil. Healthy soil produces healthy food that will nourish healthy bodies. We do not use synthetic chemical pesticides, herbicides, or GMO products. Sustainable farming practices such as crop rotation, cover cropping, companion planting, and good old-fashioned hand weeding are implemented to maintain and improve soil health.
